Michael, (more affectionately known as "Mick") recently having become a Father and is fulfilling his dream of being a successful Licensed Real Estate Agent, having commenced at this office in 2003.
Entering the market as a first home buyer at twenty, Michael was not entirely impressed with what he believed was “less than memorable” service. When looking to purchase an investment a short time later, the service was no better. At this time he thought, “I can do better than this and someday I will...”
Being fortunate to have come from a family background in Conveyancing, Michael has been privy to the legal side of Real Estate for quite some time. This background and contacts obtained, Michael admits, helped facilitate his entry into the industry.
This entry was at a somewhat young age and at a time when the market was struggling to substantiate the boom of earlier in 2003. He is quite proud to have not have not only started, but survived in a market where many established agents did not.
The best way to measure one's success is by repeat and referral business. This has continued to grow for Michael, to a point where now in his seventh year as an agent it is his primary source for listings.
On the personal side, Mick loves his sport. He enjoys watching all codes of football, however “soccer” is his passion and his trip to the 2006 World Cup in Germany will live long in his memory.
Professional in the office, Michael is your average Aussie knockabout out of it. He loves a BBQ and enjoys a beer and game of pool with his mates and the occasional game of soccer, time permitting.
Michael considers his main strengths to be his empathy with buyers and sellers alike, the ability to communicate with people regardless of age or status, his negotiation skills and most importantly - considers himself to be both honest and reliable.
